Privacy Policy

Midnight Przm Automations is a private, owner-operated automation system. It is not offered as a public service and is used only by its owner.

The system requests only this Google OAuth scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/spreadsheets

This permission lets the system read and update spreadsheets that the owner explicitly selects. It does not grant general Google Drive browsing permission.

Owner-selected Google Sheets data may be used to organize records, run scheduled checks, update approved results, and deliver owner-requested notifications.

Operational data—such as workflow status, timestamps, error details, and audit receipts—may be retained to keep the system reliable and traceable.

Authorized workflows run in the owner's self-hosted n8n environment. Necessary workflow state may be stored in its private Postgres database and in owner-controlled reports or destinations.

Data is not sold, used for advertising, or used to train any public model.

Google data is not shared with unrelated third parties. Third-party access occurs only when the owner configures a workflow to send a requested result to a selected service or when infrastructure providers process data solely to operate that workflow.

The owner can stop workflows, revoke access from the Google OAuth consent screen, and delete stored workflow data and credentials.

Use and transfer of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
